July 3rd marks the half-year point of our big Project: Values, Re-designed – and its finish line. For six months, our European team has made the effort to change the way it works by following a new set of Rules of Play that paves the way for more time and boosts effectivity.
After half a year of testing and filling out well-being surveys, the European team gathered on June 29th – a Thursday – to receive the verdict. Has the project been a success? Have we reached our goals of elevated sense of happiness, effectivity, energy, and motivation? Is our new way of working benefiting our individual mental health, making us a better team?
The fact that champagne was a listed under the meeting agenda’s “Please bring” column should’ve been a telltale sign. Here are the project results as presented to the European team:
We’re now planning on sharing our new way of working with our teammates in Singapore and Australia – a much more challenging journey, which we are both excited and determined to embark on, together!
