How do you grow without nurture?
We want to stay in motion and facilitate growth – for our partners and ourselves. In order to do this, we know that we need to take care of our team. Which is why we’ve made the big decision to update our brand and our way of working to create more value!
We believe that a healthy work/life balance benefits everyone from the individual team member to the collective team. Taking all Fridays off and optimising how we work Monday-Thursday, we want to boost mental wellbeing and productivity, taking our team further – both outwards and inwards.
But how do we do this? In Denmark, the current standard way of working hasn’t changed since the 1990s. And we know that drastic change from one day to the other is impossible. That is why we began our journey in October of 2022. Here, we prepped and practiced our collective European team, including our Ro Collection and Drewsens team, with a workshop by the amazing Pernille Garde Abildgaard, founder and director of TAKE BACK TIME. As a specialist in personal and collective effectivity and 4-day work week, Pernille helps Danish companies take the first step on a fairly modern and daunting journey.
Though the general feeling towards the change was positive, some of our European team members had doubts and questions. Only time and our team’s determination will tell if Project: Values, Re-designed will be successful! If so, we’re looking into eventually bringing the big change to our teams in Singapore and Australia as well.
Because we want to make space (and time) for everyone to create their own journey, but also believe that we are stronger together.
